With the recent concern over the global spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our team at Rent Like A Champion wanted to update all of our fans and hosts about our action plan, to ensure that we're (1) aligned with local and national health department advisories and (2) are addressing any concerns you may have about your 2020 travel plans.
While our existing terms and conditions do not offer compensation to guests who cancel a booking with Rent Like A Champion, we will be making exceptions and offering full refunds in the following cases, as they relate to COVID-19 response efforts:
Should an event for which you booked a home be formally cancelled by the event organizers (including an NCAA football game/event, Commencement ceremony, golf tournament, or other event listed on our site), or...
If local or national health authorities restrict, limit, or actively attempt to deter travel to a city in which your event is taking place, for a duration of time that includes your travel date.
We so appreciate and value your choice to use our service for your game day travel needs - however, above all else, your group's safety is our number one concern.
If your trip does not meet these above criteria, but you still feel that you should receive a refund in response to actions taken to limit the spread of COVID-19, please reach out to us directly at (855) BIG-GAME or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
