2019 is here, and we're ringing in the season by spotlighting Trevor Robinson, a former Notre Dame football player whose townhome has been on the site since 2016.
"I, along with [former Notre Dame TE] Kyle Rudolph purchased this home in 2016," says Trevor. "We knew the previous owner during our time playing at Notre Dame, and Kyle and I both spent time living there with several of our teammates."
But though Trevor loves to talk about all of the memories he has in this home as a college student, these days this beautiful 4 bed, 4.5 bath townhouse is all about what's new.
Located less than a mile from Notre Dame Stadium, Trevor and Kyle's home features completely updated stainless steel appliances, a heated sunroom, and a deck fully-equipped with dining furniture and a Weber gas grill.
And with four king beds (plus two more twin beds in the sunroom), there's plenty of space for up to 10 guests for your next game day trip.
"I truly believe we provide the best rental experience at Notre Dame based on the quality, size, and location of the home... as well as our commitment to being available if anything is needed from us," says Trevor. "We have a property manager that is able to respond in person if any issue or need should arise, and I also live about 10 minutes away and can be there to provide any assistance in person."
