Our team here at Rent Like A Champion helps fans across the country find perfect weekend homes close to their game day destinations - allowing them to stay together, and keep the fun going long after the final whistle.

But with time ticking off the clock for many fans to book their weekend rentals... some questions may still be lingering.

Luckily, our customer service team is here to answer some of our most frequently asked questions, to get you on your way to game day:

Q: What's the process of booking a home with Rent Like A Champion?

Betty Graham, Customer Experience: Rent Like A Champion is an instant booking platform, which means renting one of our homes takes absolutely no time at all! Once you find a home that you love, simply click "RESERVE" on the listing and you'll immediately start the checkout process.

While some other home rental platforms require host approval before the transaction can go through, because our hosts have specifically listed their home for a given event, as soon as you submit your payment information - you're on your way to game day!

Q: Before I book, I want to know where the home is. How can I get an address?

B: Because of our policy with homeowners, we don't publicly post their addresses on our site. However, many homeowners are willing to send you their exact location - all you need to do is hit the "Contact Host" button on the right hand side of the listing just below the RESERVE button and ask!

Also, always feel free to reach out to our team here at RLAC. While we can't tell you the exact address, we can provide the nearest cross-streets to give you an idea of where the home is.

Q: I know homeowners list their homes for the weekend and have a set price, but is there any room for flexibility or negotiation?

B: You can always ask, and homeowners could always be willing to hear negotiations - especially as the season gets closer and they're hoping to get booked for remaining games.

However, more often than not, hosts have spent a good amount of time thinking through their pricing, so any negotiation or price flexibility you might be hoping for shouldn't be too much steeper than the listed price.

One thing that homeowners tend to be a bit more flexible on is time of arrival or departure. If you need an additional day or a little extra time, most homeowners are willing to accommodate you.

Q: I'm seeing that Rent Like A Champion requires payment in full, but is there a way to split payment up?

B: One of the best features of Rent Like A Champion is that though we do require full payment up front, you can divide that payment up amongst everyone in your group using our "Pay By Group" service.

When you're checking out, you'll see an option that indicates that you'd like to use a Pay By Group to submit payment - then you'll select the people you'd like to send emails to, and once everyone has completed their end of the payment, the home will be booked!

One thing to note - the home will remain available for others to book while you and and your group are completing your Pay By Group. So if you choose to use this option, make sure that everyone is able to complete the transaction quickly.

Q: How close to game day can I book a home?

We always have a handful of last minute bookings, with guests booking as soon as the week of their desired game. However, in order to ensure that you find the perfect home - we always advise booking sooner rather than later.

July - September is peak season for us, so if you're considering a trip to campus, now is the time to start booking.
